Ordering & Payment

When placing an order via the website, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that correct information is given when entering name, address, postcode and payment details. Please note that I cannot accept liability if the item is not delivered to the buyer due to provision of incorrect postage information.
If the address you have entered is incorrect then please get in touch via email ASAP within two days of placing the order and I will be able to change the change to the correct one.

The following payment methods are accepted on threidstitches.com; most debit and credit cards, Paypal and Clearpay.

Commissions

As stated on the main commissions pages on threidstitches.com, a £50 non refundable deposit will be kindly requested before commission work can begin. This is to ensure that the costs of materials and labour is covered in case of cancellation from the buyer.
The price includes a maximum of one change to the finished commission; additional requested changes will incur an additional fee.
The completed commission item will not posted to the buyer until full payment has been received from the buyer.

In any case where the artist is unable to fulfil a commission due to illness or exceptional circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded to the buyer.

In any case where the commissioner (the buyer) decides to cancel the commission after the deposit has been paid and the commission work has begun, I unfortunately cannot issue the refund. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for full payment if the commission has been completed but has had a change of mind.

Refund policy

I will accept returns, provided that the item is in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the return postage and ensuring that adequate tracking is purchased to minimise loss of item whilst in transit.

Please get in touch with me via hello@threidstitches.com within 14 days of receiving of delivery and return items within 30 days

Commission/personalised orders and sale/reduced items cannot be returned unless they arrive to you damaged.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated arrival dates, please get in touch via email and I will update you on tracking information.
In the rare case if your item gets lost in transit and have been unable to track the parcel, a refund will be issued to the buyer.

Please note that I cannot accept liability if the item is not delivered to the buyer due to provision of incorrect postage information and if the item is unable to be delivered due to the absence of the buyer.

Workshops

The full amount is required at the time of booking a workshop unless otherwise stated.
The price includes all materials needed to complete the indicated project and sufficient fibres to take away with you to complete at home.
Children from 10 years old are welcome to attend the workshop, they must be accompanied by a paying adult and be able to handle sharp needles responsibly. Children between the ages of 10-15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

The cancellation policy for workshops is 72 hours (3 days) to be eligible for a full refund. If you’re unable to attend the workshop out-with the cancellation period then please get in touch via email. If you’re able to pass on your ticket to another attendee in place of you then please inform me of this and their name via email, hello@threidstitches.com.
In the event of a workshop cancellation due to exceptional circumstances from the artist or from the venue, full refunds will be given to all attendees.

Photographs and videos will be taken by the artist or host owner throughout the workshop - any images or videos taken will only be used for promotional purposes such as marketing of such workshops on threidstitches.com, social media and printed media. If you do not wish to included in the images then please inform the artist of this before the workshop commences - permission by the artist will always be sought before every workshop.
